What I am digging today….. Dillon’s grocery store and the ladies standing out by the heat of their huge cooker in 90+ degree weather. They cooked the main course of my meal for me the other day. On the menu was BBQ pork sandwiches. This allowed me to take an eager Kaidence to the local water park and get a break from cooking.
My cook for the day prepares my request of meat for 22 sandwiches. When you get take-out people are often shocked when your order is as vast as ours was. They didn’t bat an eyelash at my request. Maybe some other harvest cooks were taking advantage of this deal too?!
